  • Pickup code

    The rider gives the driver a short code at the curb: right car, right rider.

  • Background checks

    Every driver is screened before the first ride. Driving records are reviewed on a schedule.

  • Contact through the app

    Riders and drivers call and message through the app. Neither sees the other’s phone number.

  • Insurance

    Commercial coverage during rides, as Missouri’s law for ride apps requires.

  • Support

    support@ridelevl.com, and in the app once we launch. In an emergency, call 911.
